The aircon was a lifesaver in the heat, and the wireless TV was super convenient. Enjoyed the comfy bed and clean room, having a lovely view made it even better.

Breathtaking and offers stunning views. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. we faced issues with noise from outside, which might disturb light sleepers. a great experience despite some minor inconveniences.

Blimey, the location right near the river was pure gold! Had a lovely view from me room, but the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, felt like I was in a basement with dodgy lighting. Still, I’d recommend it for the view!

I had a delightful stay at the Focus in Bydgoszcz. The location near the river offered stunning views from my room. The Twin Room felt very comfortable with good mattresses, allowing for restful nights. The complimentary breakfast was high-quality, featuring a great variety that I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the air conditioning during the hot weather, which worked exceptionally well. The staff proved to be very considerate, accommodating my requests with ease and making me feel welcomed. I faced difficulty operating the modern TV, which could be problematic for less tech-savvy guests. Some areas like certain parts of the hallway seemed a tad overlooked in terms of cleanliness, which is something they could improve. a pleasant experience, but there's room for tweaks in service and maintenance.

Great 24-hour reception and fast wi-fi, but gym was smaller than expected.

The breakfast room felt like a basement with poor lighting, lacking ambiance and natural light, which dampened the dining experience. the breakfast quality left much to be desired, with cold options like scrambled eggs and limited dietary choices for kids. Lastly, cleanliness in certain areas could improve, as unclean windows and bathrooms did not meet expectations.

It was just an optimal selection for a brief stop-in in Bydgoszcz with good value for cost. The free snacks in the lobby were a nice surprise after a long day. Make sure to ask for extra toiletries at the front desk if needed.

This hotel deserves not 4 stars, it deserves 6 stars! The comfortable amenities were fantastic, and I truly appreciated the option to take food to go. The rooms are well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, and nice coffee. The daily resupply of bottled water was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally kind, making my stay feel extra special. The view from my Superior Deluxe Double or Twin Room overlooking the river was breathtaking!
